1) Review of your existing policies
2) Completion of a Policy Questionnaire
2) A meeting to discuss the responses your questionnaire and the scope and sequence of policy writing
3) Preparation and Submission of draft policies, procedures and forms

5) One follow-up optional meeting after the policy has been delivered
The format of the quote will be the following:
1) Number of consulting days
2) Per Diem rate plus any agreed-upon out-of-pocket expenses
3) Commitment of timing - "This policy will be complete by [date]"
