Each engagement begins with a discovery conversation and formal quote.

Canadian Criminal Record Checks

As part of a comprehensive safeguarding framework, Plan to Protect® provides secure, Canadian-compliant Criminal Record Checks through vetted screening partners. Our process supports Canadian privacy legislation, provincial data protection requirements, and human rights standards. Enhanced Criminal Record Checks are available starting at $22 per check.

For Individual Screening Needs

The SafetyFirst Screening Kit (Canada) is designed for:

  • Frontline workers required to complete screening as a condition of employment or service; and
  • Organizations using the Plan to Protect® standard who need to onboard one individual at a time.

The kit includes:

  • Enhanced Criminal Record Check
  • Abuse Prevention & Safety Orientation Training
  • Plan to Protect® Pocket Guide
  • Certificate of Completion

Criminal Record Check results are typically returned within 1–3 business days.
