Risk Assessment and Proposal

A Risk Assessment and Proposal is a review of your organization’s programs, activities, facilities, policies, and practices to identify areas of potential risk and vulnerability when working with the vulnerable sector. The assessment evaluates factors such as the people served, level of supervision, physical environment, access to confidential information, and operational procedures. Based on the findings, a customized proposal is developed outlining practical recommendations and safeguarding measures to strengthen risk management, enhance safety, and support compliance with applicable standards and best practices.

The Risk Assessment and Proposal involves the client completing two online risk assessments and an organization profile questionnaire which we will review and draft a written report highlighting areas of risk and including a proposal for next steps and services to address those risks.
